Are you happy with your water systems and heating?
Berkshire is supplied with some of the hardest water and this coats fittings, pipes and clogs boilers and showers.
The answer I offer is silica polyphosphate a chemical medically used for those with liver problems.
The unit I propose is a Combimate which treats the water to reduce scale problems.

If your radiators have cold areas or fail to work completely, this is probably acaused by sludge,
the proper name for sludge is iron oxide caused by corrosion in the heating system which is
converting your radiators to dust. The dust in insoluble in water and clogs the heating.
The solution is to powerflush the system and I use Kamco products
